Albus was invited to prepare her winning Special Pomodoro Chicken Recipe for the Sept. 25 school board meeting of the Whitharral Independent School District, where she attends school.

The Kids Kitchen Corral Contest called on kids from across Texas to submit their own unique healthy Chicken Recipes for judging.
